Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your handmade treasures. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. Please contact our tiny (but mighty) team to get the process started.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition—free from scents, stains, or signs of wear. All tags must remain attached, and items should be returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase or an order number is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are just for you and nobody else. We cannot accept returns on custom-made orders, used linens or textiles, bulk orders, or gift cards. Sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
