We operate in Alberta, Canada, and all transactions are governed by applicable Alberta and Canadian laws.
2. Products and Personalization
2.1 Product Description
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, variations may occur due to screen settings, material availability, or handmade processes.
2.2 Personalized Items
Personalized products are created based on the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring all spelling, dates, names, and design details are correct before submitting your order. Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1 Order Acceptance
Your order is considered accepted once payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.
3.2 Pricing
All pricing is in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Taxes are applied according to Alberta and federal regulations.
3.3 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit, and other payment methods listed at checkout. Payments must be successfully processed before orders are produced or shipped.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on product type, personalization requirements, and order volume. Estimated processing times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
4.2 Shipping
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
4.3 Risk of Loss
Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. If the package is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist with carrier claims but are not responsible for carrier errors.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
5.1 Personalized Items
Due to their custom nature, personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in case of manufacturing defects or errors made by us.
5.2 Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
5.3 Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including images, designs, logos, product descriptions, and branding—is the property of Grumpy Grandma & Co. Inc and protected under Canadian copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
7. User-Provided Content
If you upload or submit text, images, or designs for personalization:
- You confirm you own the rights or have permission to use them.
- You grant us a non-exclusive license to use the content for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
- You agree not to submit content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to refuse orders containing inappropriate or prohibited content.

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Alberta and Canadian law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
