Processing & Handling (We Take the Time to Do Things Right)
Because each item is crafted by real human hands (the kind with slightly creaky joints), please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Reaching out too soon won’t speed things up—patience is a vintage virtue, after all.
Delivery Times (The Snail Mail Situation)
Once your package leaves our kitchen and is entrusted to the postal service, it is out of our hands and into the abyss. Domestic orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days. We do not control the trucks, the planes, or the weather. If there's a delay, go brew some tea.
Tracking (Please take a look)
You’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number as soon as your package is scanned.
Use that number to follow your order’s progress. If the tracking shows “In Transit,” it’s still on the move—our information is the same as what you see on your screen.
Lost Packages & Rough Transitions
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the package isn’t there, take a moment to check around your property or with nearby neighbours.
If it still can’t be found, please reach out to the carrier directly—they’ll have the most accurate information. While we want every order to arrive safely, we aren’t able to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been marked as delivered.
International Shipping (If We Must)
We ship worldwide, but international orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing.
All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused because of these fees, shipping costs are non‑refundable. We appreciate your understanding—international shipping comes with a few extra steps, but we’ll do our part to get your order on its way smoothly.
Tracking Information
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Usually, this happens within 3-5 business days. Once it's in the system, you can follow its progress and ponder why you ordered so much yarn. If you haven't seen an email yet, check your junk folder—sometimes our grumpy news gets filtered out by over-eager spam bots.
