Frequently Asked Questions

Where did the name "Grumpy Grandma & Co." come from?

The name was inspired by the moment our founder became a grandma—and decided to build a business filled with love, attitude, and a little well‑earned grump.

Are your products actually handmade?

Yes. Every single item is handcrafted in small batches. We use modern techniques, high-quality materials, and a significant amount of side-eye.

Why the "bad attitude" branding?

Because it’s fun. Grumpy Grandma mixes heart with a little sass—bold designs, honest humour, and zero sugar‑coating. It’s attitude, but the lovable kind.

Do you ship internationally?

We do, but please be patient. Grandma doesn't understand "overnight express" and the postal service is its own kind of grumpy.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Grandma says "Measure twice, cut once." Check our return policy for specifics, but generally, we only accept returns for defects. Custom orders or bulk orders are generally non-refundable.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Most orders are made to order. Production typically takes a few business days, and we ship as soon as your items are ready.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! We love handling custom requests. Send us your idea and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

What materials do you use for your apparel?

We use high‑quality, soft cotton and cotton‑blend garments that hold up to real life—wash after wash, sass after sass. All designs are professionally printed for long‑lasting colour and comfort.

Is there a physical store I can visit?

Not at the moment. Grumpy Grandma is an online‑only shop, but we ship across Canada so you can get your goodies wherever you are.

How do I care for my Grumpy Grandma linens?

Wash cold, hang dry, and don't over-iron. A few wrinkles add character—just like Grandma.
