The Yupoong 6506 5-panel retro trucker hat, a snapback trucker with a mesh back and a seamless front panel that gives your design a clean canvas.
Choose your hat colour and decoration. A laser-engraved leatherette patch gives a clean, rugged look, while a DTF print reproduces full-colour logos and artwork. Upload your logo or artwork on this page and add any text or placement notes in the box provided. Every hat is custom-made to order; please allow 7-10 business days for production before shipping. Ships to Canada and the US. Because each item is personalized, custom orders can't be returned, but we will always replace anything that arrives damaged.
Digital Proofs
Want to see it first? Choose "Digital Proof (+$5)" and we'll email you a digital mockup of your design to the email address on your order. Production starts once you approve your proof, so your turnaround time begins after approval. One revision is included after your first proof is sent.
Choose "No Proof" and we'll make your item exactly as you entered and uploaded it, with no preview. Please double-check spelling, names, dates and image quality before checking out.

Laser engraving: high-contrast black and white files (PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF) work best
Printing (sublimation and DTF): high-resolution files with a minimum of 300 dpi (PNG, JPG, PDF) work best
We will adjust sizing and placement for the cleanest result
Before We Make It
Items are made exactly as submitted, so please double-check spelling, names, dates, and image quality
Digital proof (+$5 per item): we will email you a mockup and wait for your approval before we start. One revision is included after your first proof is sent.
