Laser engraving: high-contrast black and white files (PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF) work best
Printing (sublimation and DTF): high-resolution files with a minimum of 300 dpi (PNG, JPG, PDF) work best
We will adjust sizing and placement for the cleanest result
Before We Make It
Items are made exactly as submitted, so please double-check spelling, names, dates, and image quality
Digital proof (+$5 per item): we will email you a mockup and wait for your approval before we start. One revision is included after your first proof is sent.
Custom items are final sale, but anything that arrives damaged will be replaced
